My dad did really good today! We’ve been complaining all day that we haven’t had anything good for lunch/dinner so he got up and made something!
The first one, he used the left over canned pineapples, some red bell peppers, unions, and turkey meat, stir fry them altogether and got this:
His usual dish that he cooks every week – soy bean and scrambled eggs:
It has great nutritional values!
The last one kind of looks like the first one but it’s different; it’s got the same union and red bell peppers, but it’s actually a vegetarian dish. He cooked with fried tofu. Healthy healthy!
